OUR COMPANY
LRS…Architecture was founded in October of 2000 by Lewis Springer. Lewis has spent nearly two decades designing custom homes in Northern California. He loves working with couples and families to bring the dream house in their head to life in front of their eyes. Since 2000, LRS… Architecture has expanded its services and works on a wide range of projects from residential design to accessibility upgrades. In 2014, Lewis’s daughter Erika joined the leadership team of LRS… Architecture.
Lewis R. Springer III
Lewis began practicing architecture in 1982 and became a licensed contractor in 1989. He is a graduate from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo. After working for Sacramento Housing and Redevelopment Agency and Regional Transit, Lewis started LRS… Architecture in October of 2000. Lewis lives in Loomis, CA in one of his own creations. He loves to golf every chance he gets and enjoys spending his free time catching up with his kids.

Erika McCaffrey
Erika studied Public Relations at Sacramento State. She has worked in the technology industry and the financial services industry. While Lewis was studying for his CASp certification, he told Erika about the codes and what he wanted to do as a CASp to help businesses; Erika instantly caught the vision and wanted to help her dad’s goal come to life.
In her free time, Erika enjoys hanging out close to home with her husband and twin boys.
